CQ Holding Revamps Rewards Program at Casino Queen Properties

CQ Holding has detailed a revamped rewards program that aims to deliver an enhanced player experience at East St Louis’ DraftKings at Casino Queen as well as the Casino Queen Marquette in Marquette, Iowa.

This has been achieved via the introduction of CQ Rewards, an expanded gaming and retail rewards program that looks to heighten player experiences at slots, gaming tables, restaurants and more.

Formerly known as Royalty Rewards, the new program features the four tiers of Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Crown, and includes new benefits in addition to those previously offered.

CQ Rewards credits are accumulated by playing video poker, reel slots and table games, with benefits ranging by tier and including rewards such as annual rollover credits, priority accommodations, restaurant discounts, complimentary late check out, one-of-a-kind access to everything at each of the participating locations, and more.

Existing members of Royalty Rewards may switch their current cards to a CQ Rewards card from the Player’s Club. A valid government-issued ID is required to receive a new CQ Rewards card, and all members must be at least 21 years of age to join.

“We’re thrilled to give back even more to our guests with CQ Rewards,” stated Terry Downey, president of CQ Holding Company. “We hope that the attractive rewards introduced with CQ Rewards will encourage loyal members and new guests to explore both exciting properties.”

Last month, Fubo Gaming gained approval from the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission to offer online sports wagering within the state through a market access agreement with Casino Queen Marquette.

The Chicago-based subsidiary of live TV streaming platform fuboTV said that development marks “ an important next step” in launching its mobile sports wagering offering, Fubo Sportsbook, which remains on track to go live in the fourth quarter of 2021.
