Bridgeway Brings Elevated American Classics to DraftKings at Casino Queen
East St. Louis, Ill. – April 19, 2022 – DraftKings at Casino Queen, located at 200 South Front St. along the Mississippi River, has unveiled Bridgeway, a contemporary new restaurant serving elevated American classics. Just steps from the casino floor, Bridgeway is now open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
The spacious 3,200-square-foot restaurant spans a dining room and central bar within a sophisticated and contemporary setting, as well as a private dining room available for small gatherings and banquets. The expansive menu features classic American favorites including sandwiches, pastas, entrées and more. Signature selections include steakhouse onion burger, an Angus burger topped with caramelized onions, melted Swiss cheese, onion soup dip and arugula; chicken parmigiana served with fettuccini and fresh vegetables; seared salmon; a 16 oz. bone-in ribeye; Cajun grilled shrimp; and more. Traditional sides, such as mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and herbed rice pilaf; as well as shareable appetizers, salads, soups and desserts, round out the dining experience.

At the restaurant’s bar, guests can enjoy cocktails, beer and wine in a social atmosphere only steps away from the casino floor. Signature cocktails include the Bridgeway Spritzer, a combination of Line 39 chardonnay, Cointreau, fresh citrus and seltzer; the Double Barrel Sour, made with Basil Hayden, Buehler cabernet and sweet and sour; and Ginger Apple Mule, made with Stumpy’s Unbroken Green Apple vodka, ginger beer and lime; among others.
The final stage of DraftKings at Casino Queen’s recent remodel will soon unveil a new food court with three exciting quick-service casual dining outlets. More information and menus will be available in the coming weeks.
