Casino Queen Marquette Donated More Than $2,700 to Aid Children and Families in Need During the Holidays
Marquette, Iowa – March 13, 2023 – Casino Queen Marquette, a picturesque riverboat casino located on the banks of the Mississippi River at 100 Anti Monopoly St., collected more than $2,700 during the holiday season to donate to local children and families in need.
From October through December, Casino Queen Marquette raised a total of $2,791 to donate to Operation Santa, a program led by the Prairie du Chien Rotary that donates toys, clothing, food and more to families facing financial hardship and need of a helping hand during the holidays. Casino Queen Marquette team members raised funds through their Jeans Day Friday initiative, which encourages team members to donate to a selected cause. Casino guests were able to support the fundraiser through ticket donation boxes located in the casino.
