The Queen Baton Rouge to Celebrate Easter with Egg-ceptional Brunch and Bubbles at 1717 KITCHEN + COCKTAILS

BATON ROUGE, La. – March 7, 2024 – The Queen Baton Rouge, located at 1717 River Road N., will spring into the Easter holiday spirit with a three-course brunch, bubbly beverages and live music from a popular local band at 1717 KITCHEN + COCKTAILS, available exclusively from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 31.

The Queen Baton Rouge’s signature dining, drinking and entertainment destination, 1717 KITCHEN + COCKTAILS will get Easter Sunday hopping with a three-course brunch. The meal will begin with assorted meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, crudités and more displayed on a grazing table. Entrée selections will include the choice between barbecue Gulf shrimp and smoked Gouda grits served with Abita beer barbecue sauce; hashbrown bowl filled with two hashbrown potato cakes, two eggs, country gravy, smoked bacon and sourdough toast; steak and eggs, a four-ounce filet with two eggs, béarnaise sauce and sourdough toast; and golden fried chicken and a fluffy Belgian waffle with cane syrup glaze and dusted with powdered sugar. The meal will end on a sweet note with a decadent dessert table of assorted pies, brownies and bars. Priced at $40 per person, the brunch will also include a complimentary mimosa.

The Michael Foster Trio, a popular Baton Rouge-based brass band, will provide lively entertainment throughout the day.
