DraftKings at Casino Queen’s Bridgeway Unveils New Comforting Dishes and Desserts
East St. Louis, Ill. – March 21, 2023 – Bridgeway, the contemporary full service restaurant serving elevated American classics at DraftKings at Casino Queen, has introduced a variety of new elevated shareable appetizers, entrées and desserts for lunch and dinner, available now.
Crafted by Executive Chef Darry Dugger, the menu now features appetizers selections such flash-fried arancini served with cherry peppers and lemon chili aioli; crab cake served with citrus aioli and fennel and endive salad; and the Charcuterie King platter of local Volpi Meats prosciutto, sopresatta, raspberry BellaVitano cheese and pickled vegetables served with focaccia; among others.
A sampling of new entrées includes house lasagna layered with Bolognese, mozzarella and parmesan cream; bass piccata served with fettuccine, mixed seasonal vegetables and lemon caper butter sauce; Bridgeway seafood risotto with salmon, shrimp, crab and parmesan; carbonara, cured ham, egg, parmesan and spinach atop pappardelle; and short rib ravioli served with port wine demi-glace, heirloom tomatoes and peas. A lamb chop, airline chicken breast and filet mignon have been added as grilled entrée selections and may be accompanied by new side dishes ranging from french fries to roasted baby potatoes.
New desserts will tempt diners to end on a sweet note, with selections including cheesecake brûlée topped with fresh seasonal berries and whipped cream; layered chocolate mousse cake with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce; and the Bridgeway cookie skillet with chocolate chips and pecans served with ice cream a la mode.
