Jen Kober, the Queen of Humor, to Take the Throne for a Live Performance at The Queen Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. – May 22, 2024 – The Queen Baton Rouge, located at 1717 River Park Blvd., will invite guests to enjoy a raucous night of standup, storytelling and improvised rock ‘n’ roll comedy from award-winning comedian and actress, Jen Kober, at 1717 KITCHEN + COCKTAILS on Saturday, June 22.

Celebrated for her dynamic and tremendously engaging performances, Kober returns to her native Louisiana for an energetic and entertaining comedy showcase at The Queen Baton Rouge’s signature dining and live entertainment destination, 1717 KITCHEN + COCKTAILS. Recognized as one of the top LGBTQ comedians working today, Kober’s appearance is suitably timed during LGBTQ Pride Month. The Saturday, June 22 show will begin at 9 p.m. with doors opening at 8 p.m. Interstellar, a dynamic female DJ duo that transcends musical boundaries, taking audiences on an electrifying journey through the cosmos of sound, will keep the party going following Kober’s performance. Kober, who hails from nearby Lake Charles, has crafted a uniquely hilarious style born out of her humble Southern upbringing where she has always brought people together by sharing a laugh.
