Scott Kolen began his food and beverage career learning Southern hospitality and Creole cuisine from the Brennan family at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. A gaming veteran with more than 25 years of casino hospitality experience at companies such as Caesars Entertainment and Hard Rock International. Scott is an operations specialist in the culinary, beverage and convention fields. Prior to joining our team, he served as Director of Purchasing & Inventory Control at Aliante Casino Director of Food and Beverage at SLS Las Vegas. He is committed to upholding the long-held prestige of casino hospitality within the modern framework of today’s hospitality industry.
