Stacy Stagg started working in the service industry in her teen years and fell in love with the industry! Stacy’s first job while attending high school, was as a line cook and dishwasher. She continued her education while working in various restaurants as a hostess and then food server in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho. Stacy soon began her management career with Station Casinos, a leader in Gaming industry in the Las Vegas local’s market, as an assistant restaurant manager. Over her 25-year career with Station Casinos, she held several positions including; restaurant manager, Training & Development manager, Assistant F & B Director, F & B Director, VP & Assistant General Manager and VP & General Manager. Her roles within the company enabled her to work at several different properties over the years within the Station casinos folio, where the scope of properties included a resort, mid – level and small property divisions.
